Future need: $3 million over three years to launch the campus.
Bottom Line
God may be opening a door for MWSB to disciple twice as many students each year. We are exploring His leading and trusting Him for the provision needed.
The Opportunity
For 40 years, Montana Wilderness School of the Bible (MWSB) has discipled young men and women to own their faith, build their lives on Jesus Christ, and carry the Gospel into the world.
Every year, 66 students and 6 Venture students are immersed in Scripture, discipleship, community, and wilderness. Every year, God transforms lives.
But every year, we also turn away up to 100 qualified applicants. Our classes are filled two years in advance. The hunger for Biblical discipleship is greater than our current capacity.
Now, a rare opportunity has come before us: a former Bible college campus in Kalispell, Montana, perfectly suited to our model, with capacity for 64 students. This campus could immediately double our impact—while maintaining the culture of personal discipleship that makes MWSB unique.
We are prayerfully exploring how God may be leading us to step into this opportunity.
WHY IT MATTERS
Students are waiting. Each year, dozens of young adults willing to give a year of their lives for intensive discipleship are turned away.
The facility is ideal. A campus of this size, already designed for Bible training, is rarely available. It is perfectly suited for the MWSB model.
The harvest is ready. In a generation searching for truth and stability, God is calling MWSB to equip twice as many students each year.
Frequently
Asked Questions
What happens if we cannot raise $6.5M in time?
We will continue to trust God’s timing and direction. If He does not provide the full amount, we will keep seeking His will for MWSB’s future.
What about continuing costs?
The $3M raised over the next 3 years will cover renovations, staff housing, and soft launch costs.
What about naming opportunities?
Our priority is mission, not recognition. While not actively offering naming rights, we are open to discussing recognition if it supports the mission.
