Deadline: We do not have an application deadline, but evaluate on a first come, first served basis.
Step 1: Application Form
Apply online below and pay the $25 registration fee (plus $0.66 transaction fee) or fill out a paper application and mail it in with the $25 registration fee to:

Step 2: Next Steps Email
Once we receive your application form, an email will be sent from the Registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org) with next steps to complete. This will include: instructions, financial calendar, course catalog, pastor reference form, employer reference form (if you do not have an employer, please send a second pastoral/spiritual mentor or third friend reference), a friend reference form (2 required) and a health history form. Please read the instructions in the attachments as it also instructs on other required items for acceptance (autobiography, photo – a senior picture or one that clearly shows your face, transcript or diploma).
Step 3: Return Items to the Registrar
Once the instructed items are received by the Registrar, the application packet is passed to the Executive Director for consideration for acceptance.
Step 4: Acceptance Decision
If accepted, a student will receive an acceptance letter via email and the postal service. This will include a financial calendar, two financial agreement letters and the Student Living Guide (important read).
Step 5: Registration Deposit
After acceptance, pay the $350 registration deposit. A spot is not guaranteed until the $350 registration deposit is received in the MWSB office or online.
Step 6: Financial Agreement
Return one copy of the financial agreement to the Registrar.
