Weddings
As part of C Bar N Ministries’ rental facilities, we offer a secluded and beautiful environment for you to celebrate your wedding. All aspects of our wedding amenities seek to serve our guests and help facilitate a Christ-honoring ceremony and reception that you will remember for the rest of your life! We have designed our wedding rental program to allow our guests to get exactly what they desire for their wedding day.

Base Package
Monday-Thursday Wedding: $1000
Friday – Sunday Wedding: $2500

8 Hours of Facility Rental

1 night lodging + 3 meals in our dining hall for 50 people
Each Additional Guest over 50 person minimum
$20 per person

Reception Dinner for OVERNIGHT Guests
$20 per person
Buffet style dinner that includes salad and main dish (steak and/or chicken)
Reception Dinner for NON-OVERNIGHT Guests
$30 per person
Buffet style dinner that includes salad and main dish (steak and/or chicken)
Reception Appetizers
$10 per person
Crackers and Cheese, Fruit Tray, Etc + Drinks (2 non-alcoholic options, ie lemonade, tea, party punches, etc.)
Coffee + Dessert
$10 per person
Coffee bar and your choice of dessert tray (cookies, brownies, etc.)

Indoor Rock Climbing Wall (available for 1 hour per day of rental- climbing equipment included)

Campfire by River (we provide wood & will start fire before-hand)

Tablecloths (Strobel’s, Great Falls)
Napkins (Strobel’s, Great Falls)
Silverware (Strobel’s, Great Falls)
Plates (Strobel’s, Great Falls)
Cups/Mugs (Strobel’s, Great Falls)
Chair Covers
Table centerpieces, flowers, and any other custom decorations
Dance Floor
Outdoor lighting (it gets dark by 9-9:30 in the summer)
DJ/Sound operator for ceremony & reception
